Service Technicians
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and delivers a high level of service in the field.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing irrigation systems across residential, commercial, and HOA properties.
What You’ll Do
- Perform system start-ups, winterizations, and routine maintenance
- Installation and design of new irrigation systems for residential and commercial sites
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, wiring, and leaks
- Identify issues quickly and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Service a variety of properties with professionalism and attention to detail
- Operate equipment such as trenchers, excavators, wire trackers, and pipe pullers
- Complete light electrical and plumbing work as needed
- Accurately document work and maintain organized job records in tablet
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven irrigation experience with strong troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of systems such as Rain Bird, Hunter, Toro, Baseline, Irritrol, K Rain and Weathermatic
- Solid understanding of electrical and plumbing components (ability to work with Pex and sweat pipe)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently AND within a team
- 2 wire Irrigation experience (preferred but not required)
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in varying weather conditions
- A consciousness of water conservation so we are able to promote and sell to customer
- Professional demeanor and strong customer interaction skills
- Valid Drivers License (Chauffeur License is preferred)

As a Service Technician Assistant, you will work alongside experienced technicians to assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
What You’ll Do
- Assist technicians with irrigation system installs, repairs, and maintenance
- Support system start-ups and winterizations
- Help troubleshoot basic issues and learn diagnostic skills
- Operate and handle tools and equipment safely
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and organization
- Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
- Follow direction and contribute to a productive team environment
